We were founded in 2002 by Carl Durst and his father in law Terry Gilling. We started as a small local crew in Murrieta and have been treating homes across Southern California ever since.
We cover north San Diego County and most of Riverside County, including Murrieta, Temecula, Rancho Cucamonga, Mira Mesa, Beaumont, Banning, Hesperia, and Victorville. If you are not sure whether your address is in our service area, give us a call.
Yes. The products we use are odorless and labeled safe for use around children and pets when applied as directed. We let you know when it is safe to walk on treated areas, which is usually within a few minutes once any spray has dried.
Our maintenance plans cover more than 40 common Southern California pests, including Argentine ants, spiders, black and brown widows, roaches, earwigs, silverfish, crickets, wasps, and rodents. We also offer mosquito and termite services, and we hold an agricultural license so we can treat full lots and landscapes when needed.
It is normal to see a few pests for a few days after a treatment as the products take effect. If you are still seeing activity a week later, just call or text us. We will come back out and resurface the problem area at no extra charge.
All maintenance plans run on a one year agreement with six visits a year. The initial service is $99 when you enroll in a plan, then a flat rate per maintenance visit. You can pay per service, monthly on the first of each month, or yearly with a 5 percent discount when you prepay for the year.
