Yes. The products we use are odorless and applied with safety in mind. Most of the time, the recommendation is simply to stay off treated areas for a few minutes up to about 30 minutes, depending on weather. If you ever have specific concerns, just let your technician know and they'll walk you through what they're using and why.

When you sign up for one of our maintenance plans, the initial service is $99. That includes a $200 discount off the regular $299 starter price. After that, you're on a regular schedule (bimonthly or quarterly), and you can pay per service, monthly, or yearly with a 5% discount for paying the year up front.

Our bimonthly and quarterly plans cover both general pests and rodents, with six maintenance visits per year and protection against more than 40 different pests, including ants, spiders, and the usual local troublemakers. Our mosquito plan is built specifically for outdoor flying pests. All plans include free re-services if pests come back between visits, and our agricultural license also lets us treat full lots and landscapes when that's the right call.

We service north San Diego County and most of Riverside County (excluding Coachella Valley), out east to Beaumont and Banning, and north along the I-15 to Hesperia and Victorville. That covers communities like Murrieta, Temecula, Vista, Mira Mesa, and a good chunk of the high desert. Not sure if we cover your zip code? Give us a call and we'll let you know.

Most of the time, we can have a technician out to your home within one business day of your call. We schedule fewer services per technician than most companies, which means each visit gets a real, thorough look (a minimum of 20 minutes for maintenance), and your tech will call or text about 30 minutes before they arrive.

If pests come back after your treatment, just give us a call. We'll send a technician out to re-service the affected area at no extra charge. Some pests can take a few days to fully clear out, but if you're still seeing activity after about a week, let us know and we'll take care of it.
